TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRESSURE WASHING AND SOFT WASH SERVICES

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions that govern the provision of pressure washing and soft wash services by Stellar Exterior Soft Wash. By engaging the Business for pressure washing and soft wash services, the customer ("Customer") agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services: The Business agrees to provide pressure washing services as specified in the customer's service request. The Business will perform the services in a professional and workmanlike manner.
2. Access to Property: The Customer agrees to provide the Business with access to the property and all areas to be cleaned. The Customer agrees to remove any obstacles or hazards that may impede the Business's ability to perform the pressure washing services.
3. Site Inspection: The Business may perform a site inspection prior to providing the pressure washing services in order to assess any potential hazards or risks associated with the property or the performance of the pressure washing services.
4. Safety Precautions: The Business will take all necessary safety precautions in the performance of the pressure washing services. The Customer agrees to inform the Business of any potential hazards or risks associated with the property or the performance of the pressure washing services.
5. Payment: The Customer agrees to pay the Business for the pressure washing services provided. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Business and the Customer.
6. Cancellation Policy: The Customer may cancel or reschedule the pressure washing services by giving the Business at least 24 hours' notice. If the Customer cancels or reschedules the services with less than 24 hours' notice, the Customer may be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee.
7. Warranty: The Business warrants that the pressure washing services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If the Customer is not satisfied with the pressure washing services, the Business will re-perform the services or issue a refund at its discretion.
8. Liability: The Business is not responsible for any damage to the property or personal injury caused by the Customer's failure to provide access to the property or remove any obstacles or hazards that may impede the Business's ability to perform the pressure washing services. The Business is not liable for any damage to the property or personal injury caused by the performance of the pressure washing services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Business harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the Customer's use of the pressure washing services or any breach of this Agreement by the Customer.
10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the pressure washing services are provided.
11. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Business and the Customer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to such subject matter.
12. Modification: The Business may modify this Agreement at any time without notice to the Customer. The Customer's continued use of the pressure washing services after any such modification shall be deemed to be the Customer's acceptance of such modification.
13. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Binding Effect: This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.
15. Filming Notice: We will be conducting filming activities on your property. By allowing us to proceed, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of video, audio, and/or photographic content for our specified purposes. Thank you for your cooperation.
16. Safety Concern: Dog Poop Cleanup Prior to Pressure Washing. Before the commencement of pressure washing services, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any dog poop or pet waste in the designated cleaning areas has been properly cleaned and removed. Failure to do so may result in hazardous conditions during the pressure washing process.
17. Risk of Injury: Customers must be aware that the presence of dog poop on the premises can lead to potential injuries, such as slips, falls, strains, or sprains. The pressure washer operator will take reasonable precautions, but the customer acknowledges and accepts that accidents may still occur if dog waste is not properly cleaned up beforehand.
18. Health Risk: It is essential for customers to understand that dog waste may contain harmful bacteria or pathogens, which can contaminate the water used during pressure washing. This contamination can pose health risks to both humans and pets. Therefore, it is imperative to maintain a clean and sanitary environment before the pressure washing service.
19. Customer Responsibility: By booking the pressure washing service, the customer agrees to take responsibility for ensuring that all dog poop or pet waste is thoroughly cleaned up from the areas requiring pressure washing. This includes but is not limited to the yard, walkways, and any other surfaces where the pressure washing is scheduled to take place.
20. Right to Decline Service: The pressure washing service provider reserves the right to decline or postpone the service if dog poop or any other hazardous materials are present in the cleaning areas. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and the service may be rescheduled once the areas are properly cleaned and made safe for the pressure washing process.
21. Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the pressure washing service provider and its employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising from accidents, injuries, or health-related issues caused by the failure to clean up dog poop or pet waste prior to the pressure washing service.
22. Compliance with Local Regulations: Customers must also comply with any local regulations or ordinances regarding the proper disposal of pet waste, as well as any other applicable laws related to maintaining a clean and safe environment for pressure washing services.

By engaging Stellar Exterior Soft Wash for pressure washing and soft wash services, the customer has read and acknowledges all terms and conditions listed above.
